[sdiy] OT: replacement minidisc jack

Does anybody know what the name for the type of jack that sony uses on their minidiscs that is a combo 3.5mm and headphone remote jack?  
I'm trying to find a replacement and have no idea what it's called, if it's proprietary, or where to look. 

I'd appreciate any help
