Pro Sound News is what comes the closest to it, but it has a very 
high studio recording gear content.
And... not available at your local news stand, but only by 
subscription, for which you will have to be part of the music 
industry in some way. If you can show buying- or 
buying-decision-making power, the subscription is for free. :-)
