[sdiy] kinda off topic - autocad irritation

I'm trying to make up some panel graphics for my modular, using autocad 2000.

Its so irritating that whenever i want to edit (mtext ediit) a word, then any new letters default back to DIN fonts, even if they're
in the middle of a "ScriptC" word.

I know this is only synth diy in a pretty loose sense, but ive finally decided that ive spent far too long selecting the word, and
changing the font back to "ScriptC"!

Anyone care to enlighten me?
