Besides higher collector reverse leakage current (uA, vs nA!), there 
shouldn't be a difference. The parameter to vary would be "IS". 
Germanium transistors can be described with the Ebers Moll equation (or 
the more refined Gummel Poon Transistor model, that spice uses).
