Hi

Does there exist a theoretical model for germanium transistors? (the way 
Ebers-Moll describes BJTs)

Can I use Ebers-Moll as is with just different Vt?

Does any spice clone model germanium transistors correctly? I tried with 
Winspice but there was no difference to normal transistors.
