[sdiy] cheap little meters

I have four digital meters -

1)Fluke. Needless to say, the best I have.
2)Standard. Cost more than it should have going on its performance. Piece of
junk. Supposedly worth $200, though I certainly didn't pay that for it.
Currently "thrown in corner".
3)Tiny little $40 RS pocket meter. Pretty good, all things considered.
4)$9 cheap and nasty. This thing beats the Standard in all categories, and
for it's price is a pretty amazing piece of equipment. I'd rate it second to
my Fluke.
