Hi Yves...

some spice advice. I have not tried this oscillator but...

Spice has perfect components... try modeling some realistic offset etc.

If you can program in some 'event' at a non-zero time... use a switch
closure
or voltage transient to 'kick start' the oscillator.  Progs like Electronic
Workbench
will allow interactive use... so you can kick start it by hand.  Even in a
normal
spice transient analysis you should be able to do something like this.

You may not be waiting LONG enough for oscillation to start...
