That is a photo of the strobe tuner PC boards in my assembly frame...but as 
usual, I am missing a couple of parts <dang>....at least I was able to 
scrounge a couple of parts I needed out of my collection of "aquired" parts 
(gee, I guess I am a chip collector as well...:-)

The board uses an ATMega8515 for the controller.
