[sdiy] Aries Multimode filter

Hello list members,

I'm trying to repair a broken multimode filter of unknown brand in my
Aries modular, It contains some modules from Tau Systems (CFR Associates)
and I can't find any info about those. The model numbers are,
Tau Systems model 1220 USC and Tau Systems model 1212-A LA/M

I also need to now what this IC is - "3B 3500 7435" can be an buffer but are
not quite sure?
You can find a picture of this IC in the link and It's marked with a red
circle!

Any help is appreciated.
