I've got one of these, with a built-in switch. The joystick lever is very 
short but if it was extended, I think it would be quite useable and give 
fair resolution. My plan is to use it on an old Korg PS-3100 in place of the 
existing wheel/switch combination and end up with two axes of control 
voltages, as per the PS-3010 keyboard used on other korg polysnthesizers.
