It depends on the circuit. In general, yes, any opamp can sub for any
other opamp. However, the LM324 is rather unique in that the common mode
input range of the inputs can go down to the voltage at the negative
voltage terminal (Pin 11). If the design takes advantage of this feature,
then the answer is no. I would have to see the specific circuit to give
you a firm answer.
