[sdiy] CA3086 versus CA3046

They are the *same* die. The only difference is the CA3046 has been sorted at the factory, for matching of the diff pair.

Note it's *only* the one diff pair, the 3 individual transistors are a crap shoot :)

MOTM uses the Analog devices SSM2210P NPN and SSM2220P PNP pairs for VCF designs. The results speak for themselves :)

You can get them at www.analog.com use a credit card and they ship *worldwide*.

You can also use the THAT CORP 300 series of parts (used on the MOTM-485 GX-1 VCF). www.thatcorp.com
