Of course, there is another alternative here, more dangerous/time consuming, perhaps - scamming the scammers.

Not that I recommend anybody having any contact with these guys, but the people here are very good at what they do, and I find the stories quite entertaining.  'Capt. Stabbin on the High Seas' from November 2002 had me in tears.  You *almost* begin to feel sorry for these guys......
