[sdiy] PCB prices

it's not in Bulgaria, it's not in China, it's 20km from my house.

but please, don't flood them with orders. They make now in 3 weeks,
it used to be 2, and it looks like it's going to 4.

They are not FCP/PCmobo type manufacturer. For "real stuff"
you'd have to go elsewhere. But I never needed better quality so far,
and you know, I'm a tiny SMD freak.
