Heck, yeah!
I'll take one (two if the price is right). If nothing else, it'll be a great
platform to play with AVR code: change a little code here and there, program
a chip, throw it in and see the effect. Sounds fun!
By the way, Mouser has all sorts of .1% resistors in SMT packages. However,
they also have some through hole parts. In the latest catalog (#621), you'll
find
Page 423 - IRC brand 1/4W, 25ppm at .64ea/100 up to 249K, .72ea/100 255K to
1M
If you can deal with SMT, they have
Page 417 - KOA brand 1206 (1/8W), 25ppm at .46ea/100
Page 418 - Vishay 1206, 25ppm at .48ea/100 up to 150K, .81ea/100 165K to 1M
Page 421 - Xicon 1206, 10ppm at .95ea/100 only listed up to 100K
And of course, all sorts of 1% parts are available. The least expensive
through hole parts seemed to be the Xicon on page 426.
Looking forward to hearing more details on these boards. They look like a
great, cheap little synth to play with.
