[sdiy] Cheap fast-settle fet opamp?

Hi folks

I have an application where I need a bunch of fast sample & holds. They 
are driven by 8 bit DAC(s), so accuracy is a non-issue. Sampling time is 
about 500ns. I only need fast settling to within 0.5% (1 LSB) and low 
input current, other specs are irrelevant. What op-amps would you people 
recommend?

I did some spice simulations and normal TL07x/TL08x just don't seem to cut 
it. AD711 would do fine but it's relatively expensive (and overkill on the 
accuracy specs).
