[sdiy] Matched dual NPN

There should be fallbacks available - MC3346 is motorola's equivalent,
though I don't know its production status.
CA3346 was a higher voltage by RCA - I don't know if anyone does these now.
Despite the similar number, the Motorola one is just a regular 3046.
The was anoter pin-for pin version frequently referred to in electronotes,
but I forget the number.
