those of you who have acquired some microcontroller programming chops might want to check out the "jobs" posting at www.blacet.com/jobs.html:

"Embedded µcontroller programmer--
We are looking for someone who has at least one year of work experience designing and programming with low cost micro controllers, especially the PIC and Atmel line. The sucessful candidate should be able to rapidly program basic I/O and control applications in an efficent manner, and be able to meet very tight project deadlines. If you are whiz at this stuff, we want to talk to you! 

Off site work place possible. Candidates with their own development systems encouraged to apply."
