         I finally got the PC board laid out for the "strobe tuner" I have 
been wanting to build.

         I have no idea if this thing is going to actually work, but I 
figured it was worth a try.

         One of the things I was planning to do was to put the circuitry 
into a Spartan III Fpga....it would sure cut down on the size...plus I 
wanted to do a little more processing so I can get more than just a visual 
display...
