Just seen the  first (and probably only) good thing coming from the evil
lead-free plot: LGA's.
Its BGA devices without the balls, solderfree mounted.
Sandwiched between the PCB and LGA is a socket with "spring contacts" on
both sides.
A cooling element on top clamps every thing down to the PCB with 2 screws.
