[sdiy] rainbow LED voltage indicator

Hi all,
I would like to make this widget:

but I do not have PIC Basic Pro.  Can someone that has it make me a hex file
to program the part on a PicKit (I have one).  Also interested in your
thoughts of this program vs Proton + for use with this chip and 10F2XX
series.  My ultimate goal is to use the 10F206 with comparator input to
make this type of thing.
