I was talking about the microprocessor and other IP cores plus some 
crucial tools to debug any integration hiccups when you slap a number 
of those cores together. Support should have stepped up to 1500k gate 
Spartan-3 devices in the latest version of WebPack (I'm currently 
forced to use an older version because the new versions insist on 
WinXP).
