I think that the saxophone would be a particularly difficult 
instrument to model with analog circuitry.  Do you want a saxophone 
controller from which to play synths?  Or are you trying to get a 
saxophone sound without being able to play saxophone?  

If you want a controller, there are good wind controllers with 
saxophone fingerings from yamaha and akai.  To have saxophone sounds 
on your recordings without having a sax/saxophonist, try using 
samples.  

If you are a math geek like some of us and are just interested in the 
analog modeling of a complex physical system, then see Ian Fritz's 
website for some information to get started.
