[sdiy] Xilinx Spartan 3 kits

Seems to be a popular toy for DIY people today - I got also 
a Spartan 3 board last week. After some troubles with the JTAG
interface (the LPT port of my Asus mainboard was not working
properly, I solved this by using a PCI->LPT extension card),
I'm finally able to program the serial flash.

First project is a 2x16 MIDI interface, other plans: a zero-latency
sequencer and a wavetable synth :)
