[sdiy] transformers and power supplies, etc... for newbie

HI Harry and Roy...and others...

There are 3 taps into this transformer.  I measured .6kohm from the first 
and unused tap and .9kohm from the second and unused tap.  Sounds like a no 
go for rewiring to 120 volts or is this close enough?   Anyone?
