[sdiy] Sanity Check please

I'm trying to replace some bad roms and I need a sanity check.

Replacing some 8kx8 roms with a 16kx8 rom.  

This seems too simple...  Bank 1 chip select and Bank 2 chip select tied to
CE through two diodes, then bank 2 chip select through an inverter to
address line A13.

Am I missing something?
