But where's the audiophile who cares if a cap is a filter cap, a 
blocking cap in the signal chain, a power supply bypass cap or a X- or 
Y-cap at the mains power input? ;->

Anyone read the review on t.bone mics in the latest issue of Keyboards 
(German mag)? "Smoky coloring sound of tantalums..." I bet the author 
hasn't bothered to look what these tantalums are for in the circuit.
