If you already have 8051 tools, the Silicon Labs 8051F120 should 
interest you. DevKits and boards available at:

(They have an english site, I forget if it's .net or .com - you should 
find it from their homepage even if it is in german)

If you don't mind quite a few extra MIPS and double the bits, then check
