So I'm assembling a TB3031 for an xmas gift.  I bought the board
used/stuffed.  Got a schaffer panel and the bud chassis I used the last time.
And of course it doesnt work.

Supposedly this thing was stuffed by a "professional".  Sofar I've had to
replace switches that were the wrong physical kind and installed
incorrectly, I found a diode backwards in the power supply that was shutting
it down, and now it seems whoever built it didnt know how to read 1%
resistors and put 22R resistors in place of 2K2 resistors.  Oh, and the omeg
pot shafts were cut down to around 1/4" which drastically narrowed the knobs
I was able to get to clamp on it.

*insert strangled noises here*

Just needed to vent.

And to think, I have a pair of TB3030's assembled by the same guy that I'll
need to debug...
