[sdiy] More MOSFET saw VCOs

Hi gang --

I have put up two new saw VCOs on my temporary web page along with the one 
posted previously.  The scope shots show the reset section of the saw and 
the MOSFET gate voltage.

The first new one uses an LM311 comparitor to switch a BS170 MOSFET.

The second new one uses an LM311 operating from ground to 6V to switch a 
VN0104 MOSFET.  This one tracks with zero error up to 20 kHz and goes 0.1% 
sharp between 20 kHz and 40 kHz.
