[sdiy] ARP 2600 Tolex & restoration? ~``~

Has anyone here completely cosmetically refurbished an ARP 2600?
I'd like to get an idea of the cost and time it takes to have this done.
Also, a source for the parts would be great too.
Has anyone found a good match for the original tolex (which is thinner than 
most)?
And how about the metal hardware, rubber feet, handle, etc?  Does anyone 
know of an exact match for the front panel paint for touching it up?
