As a rule of thumb, gate to channel capacitance is roughly inversely 
proportional to the on-resistance and to the threshold voltage.

So, for low capacitance, look for MOSFETs with relatively high on 
resistance, and with a threshold voltage that matches the control voltage 
levels in your circuit.

I have good experience with Fairchild MOSFETs for applications where low 
gate to channel and drain to source capacitances are a major consideration.
