[sdiy] Nuts and Knobs (Fwd. from AH)

This was posted to Analogue Heaven:

If anyone here knows of sources, I'll post the answer back to Analogue
Heaven. (Not everyone on SDIY has the patience for AH, and I understand that
completely! It's been pretty flame-free, at least.)
