I ment bridge with bypass and regulator, is it then possible?
How come? Are the other two supplies both positive or negative
or bipolar? Whats their reference?

I dont understand, you are saying that you can make a bipolar supply with two
LM723 and one bridge and no center tapped
winding? How do you do that?
