there's a nice one in the files section of the yahoo oakley-synths group (in the "Schaeffer front panels" subfolder).  the tick marks are done as one massive HPGL element--probably cheaper, but you can't edit HPGL graphics w/in front panel designer.

you can cut-n-paste HPGL grapics tho... in the past i've lifted a single HPGL tick mark graphic and pasted it into one of tony's stock FPD files.  lots of good things to mix & match from in the ModularSynthPanels group.
