I think that R45 and C27 provide brute force decoupling - a kind of mini
isolated power supply for U6. This is the exact same technique used to
reduce soft synch between the VCOs of a FatMan. So yes, I think it should be
47 ohms. When U6 demands a large (relative term) current spike, it can draw
most of it from C27 and R45 then recharges C27. This avoids allowing that
spike to be propogated to other parts connected to the supply.
In fact, a FatMan mod that might also apply here is to replace the resistor
with an LED. In the FatMan, this reduces softsynch to almost nothing.
