That's Fairchild.

Those first ones at least look like the uL914s I referred to in an earlier 
post.  "Dual 2-input NOR gate",  with each gate basically being a pair of 
transistors,  one collector resistor of a few hundred ohms,  the collector 
point being the gate's output,  a resistor in series with each base also of a 
few hundred ohms,  them being the gate inputs.

Not sure about the rest of that stuff,  though.
