[sdiy] SCSI terminator SIPs for Emu ESI-4000?

There are a row of socket on the ESI-4000 motherboard for resistor  
packs to terminate the SCSI bus.
Mine are empty and I would like to find the part number for the SIP  
packs to populate the sockets.

Can anyone help me, either by looking at the part on an ESI-4000, or  
pointing me to service information?
Or does anyone have the ESI-4000 service docs?

BTW, my first sampler was a Mirage rack mount, my second sampler is  
the ESI-4000.
