[sdiy] Synth data storage on tape

It would largely depend on which synth or drum machine whether it
already exists or not.  For example for the Polysix, there's a
librarian/editor program that reads and writes P6 tape signals.

This should be possible for all of them I guess, as long as the
data format is known.  I doubt there's a generic solution out there.
