www.precisionresistor.com stocks the PT146. This is labeled as a 
+3500ppm, but that is the spec at 100 degC. The data they gives shows 
that it should be around 3370 at room temperature. So, that will 
actually be closer to ideal (+3355) than a +3300ppm at room temp. They 
mention this on the web site also. I also think you are better off being 
to high than too low. It seems easier to correct a TCR that is too high. 
I made a design note to use with it, I'll send it if you like, but it 
was based on the analysis from Ian's website:
