Yes Eagle is good German PCB software but the "total unrestricted 
version" cost :

EAGLE Professional (Full featured version) for 1-User :
Layout-Editor (basic program) US$ 399
Schematic-Editor module	+ US$ 399
Autorouter module + US$ 399
= US$ 1197

But, in France or in Germany the total price is "1500 Euro" width out 
VAT....
yes same "US$ 2250" ... I am very angry :(

I think local dealer it's robber...
