You could check the yahoo JD800 group, but I don't think that will help
a lot.
If you want to I can check for part numbers. 

Actually, the JD800 Tech group can be quite helpful.
I'm already subscribed to it, so I'll post an inquiry
there this evening.  And, just to get my two cents' worth
in: The first thing I'd suspect would be a bad ribbon
cable or connection.  I haven't heard of the JD800 having
a particular problem with switches.
