[sdiy] Failure modes on bypass caps...

I look at it like this....if you have 106   0.1uF caps on the board...that 
is 10uF....adding a 10uF Tant is not going to make much of a 
difference.  My rule of thumb is avoid Tantalums, and minimize their 
use.....and toss in as many ceramics as you like...
