[sdiy] M-Audio Radium CV to MIDI mod

That's certainly a fun possibility, but I was thinking more along the
lines of "recording" some CV sources into a DAW like ProTools or
Logic as MIDI data. In the DAW, I could edit the MIDI data if I
needed/wanted to. Then, at a later time, I could play back the CV
through a MIDI to CV converter. The biggest issues I can foresee are
the resolution of the digitizing process (I know it'll be only seven
bits deep, and I'm not sure of the sampling frequency), and the
scaling of the output CV. The low resolution could make it only
moderately useful, and until I get the MIDI to CV unit I won't know
how to deal with the second issue.
