[sdiy] JH's discrete 2040 clone

I have built one, it sounds great. The version I built was sort of a 
combination of JH's circuit and René Schmitz' variation which is here:

Mine is still waiting for a front panel and wiring so I can do a proper 
test with the rest of my synth but from what I have heard so far, I like 
it very much.
