Aaron,

The 3160 is an internally compensated version of the 3130. Saves you a whole 
cap. Specs are virtually identical but the 3160 might have a higher 
operating voltage rating. You'll find that the 3130 isn't so easy to get 
also. If you can't find it I have a handful of em if you need the hookup.
