aprroximately $40 for my prototypes. The phase accumulator is 24bit
but the output r2r is only 8bit. However, the amplitude is scaled
externally so that the r2r is always running at full output swing.

Well, I'm attemping to code pitch and amplitude envelopes right now.
I think there should be a set of modulation sources per oscillator and
also a global set broadcast on the can bus. I must admit that I have
no master plan and am just adding features as I think them up.
Any suggestions? :)
