[sdiy] more sh-101 mods?

thanks, i was assuming the novamod was going to be the same stuff as a few
other mod sets i've seen, but the external clock one is really great! i
guess that's another one to add to my list...

the res/decay CV in that i mentioned before i'd like someone to help me take
a look at though :\
