Never thougt, that it would go that fast!!! ;-)

My preferred electronic-dealer www.reichelt.de sells the 6N 13x - 
series, so i can buy all components together! :-)

The pdf-data-sheets from www.mouser.com were really useful as well.

In my opinion the 6N 137 seems to be the right alternative, because it's 
a "dip-8 highspeed Logic Gate" component like it is needed onto the pcb...
