[sdiy] Tape Head Derived Thereminish Thing

Years ago there was an experimental arts magazine (I can't remember the
name. I must be getting old.) that included a magnetic patch on one page of
one issue. If I remember correctly the patch was about three inches square.
A tape head could be swiped (Doesn't it annoy you that some credit card
scanners ask you to swipe the credit card.) across the patch in any
direction and sound could be heard. Pretty cool! Hmmm. Was the magazine
called "The Source"?

Take care,
John
